I am really confused about my health lately. I've been dealing with some digestion issues for like the past few months — bloating, gas, and sometimes heartburn. It’s super annoying!! I tried changing my diet but nothing seemed to help. A friend mentioned AVP D Nil Capsules and said they worked wonders for her digestive problems, but I’m kinda skeptical. Like, how do they even work? I mean, what’s in those capsules that could help me out? I read a little about them online and saw stuff about balancing digestion naturally, which sounds great! But what if they don't work for me? I went to my doc and he just said my gut flora might be off, but didn’t suggest much else... I tried probiotics too, but they weren’t game changers.
