I am really worried about my digestive health lately. Last month, I started feeling this constant bloating and discomfort in my stomach, and then my friend suggested I try Malabar Saraswatharishtam. I looked it up and found out it’s supposed to help with digestion and revitalizing overall health. Can you believe I used to feel fine before? Now, after meals, it just feels like a brick is sitting in my stomach. I was also feeling really tired all the time, and that’s when I decided to look into more natural remedies. I’ve been using Malabar Saraswatharishtam for about a week now but haven’t noticed a big change. Am I using it wrong or something? Should I take it before or after meals?
