I am really worried about my digestive health lately. Last month, I started feeling this constant bloating and discomfort in my stomach, and then my friend suggested I try Malabar Saraswatharishtam. I’ve been using Malabar Saraswatharishtam for about a week now but haven’t noticed a big change. Am I using it wrong or something? Should I take it before or after meals? Oh, and do I need to keep eating a certain way for it to work better? I mean, I try to eat healthy but life gets busy, y'know? I think I still snack on junk way too much, haha.
