I am really worried about my health lately, and I need some advice from you all. A few months ago, I started to experience these weird digestive issues. Like, some days it's bloating and then others it’s just constant discomfort, you know? I’ve tried changing my diet, but nothing seems to work. A friend of mine recommended Aayush Ayur Madhu Capsules, saying they helped with digestion and balancing metabolism. I thought, okay, maybe this is worth trying! But I don’t know, I feel kinda hesitant! Has anyone else tried Aayush Ayur Madhu Capsules? My friend said they have natural ingredients, which sounds good, but I keep thinking what if they don’t work for me? I mean, I really don’t want to end up spending money on something useless. Also, would it be okay to take these capsules with the other supplements I’m already using? I’ve got probiotics and stuff that I read can help, but I’m not sure if mixing everything is safe.
