I am really struggling with this horrible heartburn situation. Like, it started about a month ago just after I switched to a more spicy diet, and OMG, I didn’t think it would be this bad. I know, I know—spicy foods are a classic culprit, right? I’ve tried Tums and Omeprazole but it’s not doing much, maybe even making it worse? Ugh! I hear about Planet Ayurveda Heartburn Capsule, and I’m curious if they really work. Last week was just awful, I had heartburn right before bed, and I couldn’t sleep at all. Ended up propping myself up with like five pillows just to find some comfort. I feel like I’ve turned into a half-zombie. Does anyone have experience with the Planet Ayurveda Heartburn Capsule? Do they really help? Should I take them before meals or after? I’m just so confused about all these options. I read some reviews but wondering if they’re legit. Really don’t want to end up with a worse problem to deal with. Also, any tips on what foods to avoid would really helpful. I just want to enjoy my meals without the fear of heartburn ruining my day.
