I am really struggling with this ongoing fatigue and low energy thing. Like, I used to have so much pep in my step but now I wake up feeling like I didn't even sleep! My digestion’s been off too — sometimes I feel really heavy and uncomfortable after meals. Couple of weeks ago, I visited a doctor, and they talked about stress maybe playing a role but honestly, I can’t see it. I have tried some herbal teas and yoga, but nothing seems to stick! I recently heard about AVP Madhusnuhi Rasayanam from a friend who swears by it for energy and vitality. She said it helped her get back to her old self after feeling burnt out. I’m kinda curious about it but also wondering if it’ll work for me. Has anyone here tried AVP Madhusnuhi Rasayanam for fatigue and digestion issues? How long did it take to see results?
