Himalaya Bael - #32900
I am really struggling with my digestive health lately, and it’s been super frustrating. For the past few months, I’ve dealt with constant bloating and occasional stomach pains that seem to come out of nowhere. I tried changing my diet, cutting out gluten and dairy, but things have only gotten a bit better. I heard about Himalaya Bael from a friend who swears by it for gut issues and says it’s worked wonders for her. I’ve done a bit of research and learned that Himalaya Bael might help with digestion and relieve some of these annoying symptoms. Has anyone here had experience using Himalaya Bael for similar issues? Like, does it work for bloating? I really don't want to rely on medications, especially after reading about their side effects. I’m wondering if there’s a specific way to take Himalaya Bael or a proper dosage I should stick to. Is it better as a powder, tea, or even in capsule form? And should I expect it to work fairly quickly or does it take time to see results? Just looking for some guidance or personal experience here! Any tips would be super appreciated, thanks!
