I am really struggling here. For the past few months, I've been dealing with this annoying health issue. I don’t know if it’s stress or something else, but my digestion has been all messed up — bloating, gas, and just feeling heavy after meals. My friend recommended that I try AVP Guduchyadi Kashyam, saying it helped her a ton with similar problems. I was curious, but also a bit hesitant.
