I am really struggling with my digestion lately, and I don’t know how to fix it. I’ve been feeling bloated and just heavy all the time, like my stomach is in a constant state of discomfort. A couple weeks ago, I had this massive meal with lots of spicy food, which I usually handle okay, but since then it’s like my system just went haywire. I’ve tried drinking more water, and I even cut back on heavy foods, but nothing seems to help.
