I am dealing with a lot of stress lately, and my memory has really been suffering. I've heard a bit about Amrita Brahmi Power Granules from a friend who swears by it for their anxiety and focus. Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but after feeling so all over the place at work and home, I thought why not give it a try? I started taking Amrita Brahmi Power Granules a few weeks ago, but I’m not sure if it’s working. Some days I feel a slight improvement in my concentration, but then I have those moments where it’s like everything just vanishes from my brain! 😩 I’m also a bit confused because I read all these articles saying that Amrita Brahmi Power Granules help with stress relief and cognitive function, but I’m worried that maybe I’m not using it the right way? Am I supposed to take it with something? Like, I’ve been just mixing it with water, which is fine but maybe not enough?
