I am really confused about something that's been bothering me. Lately, I’ve been feeling super anxious and it's impacting my sleep, like I toss and turn all night. A few weeks ago, my friend recommended Anchan Marmani Vati after hearing about all the benefits for anxiety and sleep issues. I thought, “Hey, why not give it a shot?” But I’ve been reading mixed reviews online, and its kinda making me second guess my choice. I started taking Anchan Marmani Vati about a week ago, and I thought I was seeing some improvement, but now I’m not so sure. Sometimes, I feel more relaxed but then there are days when that anxiety hits hard again. Am I just expecting too much? Should I be taking it longer before I can see good results? I also read somewhere that taking Anchan Marmani Vati with certain foods can be a bad idea – like should I avoid spicy stuff or something? And what about possible side effects? Anyone experience any weird reactions? I’m really hoping to make this work, because I can't keep feeling this way.
