I am feeling really confused and kinda worried about my hormones these days. I’m a 34-year-old woman, and I started noticing some changes lately like low energy and mood swings, plus I’ve read that shilajit can help and maybe even boost testosterone levels, but I honestly don’t know how it works. Like, does shilajit increase testosterone in females? I heard that it’s used for a lot of health benefits, but I want to know specifically about this testosterone bit for women. Last week, I had a checkup and my doc mentioned my testosterone levels were on the lower side of normal, which made me wonder if using shilajit could help me feel more like myself again.
