Doctors' responses

Hi Ritik Firstly don’t panic, its due to vata aggrevation.

Follow only this two medicines in the beginning- 1.Bala taila- Gently massage with oil twice dailly 2. Vrihat Vatchintamani Ras -125 mg din mein ek baar, honey aur ghee ke साथ

- Stress aur anxiety bhi erection aur sensation ko temporarily block kar sakte hain.

HELLO,

-erectile dysfunction

These can happen due to -poor blood flow -nerve damage -hormona decline- testosterone decreases with age -obesity or loss of muscle tone -side effect of medications

Ayurveda sees sexual health as governed by shukra dhatu(reproductive tissue), and dysfunction can be due to imbalance in vata, pitta or kapha especially vata in neuropathy and aging

AYURVEDIC MEDICATIONS

HELLO RITIK,

You were masturbating and stopped before ejaculation. Few drops of semen came out and since then you feel -no proper erection -decreased sensation -penis feels “shrunk” or “empty”

This usually causes panic- it feels like something is broken- but in most cases, there is no permanent injury

What’s happening is a temporary disturbance of your nervous and vascular controls of penis. The body and mind are both involved

MEDICALLY -The penis functions through coordination of nerves, blood vessels and hormones -overstimulation, sudden stoppage, or tension during masturbation can cause a sudden nervous reflexx, leading to temporary nerve desensitisation or pelvic muscle tension -Anxiety and fear after the event trigger the sympathetic nervous syste, which further reduces blood flow to the penis and blocks erection -because you are over focused on the area, the brain interprets it as numbness or lack of feeling

This cycle continues until the mind relaxes and circulation normalizes

In Ayurveda, this is called shukra dhatu kshaya (depletion of reproductive tissue) with vata vitiation (aggravation of air element causing dryness, weakness, and nervous dysfunction) -apana vaya a subtype of vata, controls ejaculation and erectio -when vata becomes disturbed due to excessive thinking, tension, or sexual overindulgence the nerves and reproductive strength become weak -Shukra dhatu becomes “kshaya” (reduced), leading to low semen quality, poor erection, and lack of sexual pleasure

TREATMENT GOALS -calm the balance vata dosha -rejuvneate and nourish shukra dhatu -strengthen mind body coordination -rebuild vitality -removes toxins

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm milk twice daily for 3 months =tonic for nerves, muscles, and reproductive system, relieves anxiety

2) KAPIKACCHU CHURNA= 2gm twice daily with honey for 2 months =increases dopamine, improves desire, erection, and semen quality

3) SHATAVARI CHURNA= 1 tsp with milk twice daily for 3 months =restores reproductive tissue, cooling and nourishing

4) SAFED MUSLI POWDER= 3 gm with milk once daily for 2 months =increases stamina, libido, and Ojas

5) SHILAJIT (purified)= 250mg with milk daily for 2 months = improves testosterone and circulation

6) CHYAWANPRASHA= 1 tsp morning and evening for 3 months = general rejuvenator

7) VRIHANI GUTIKA= 1 tab twice daily for 2 months = balances urinary reproductive function

EXTERNAL THERAPIES

1) OIL MASSAGE -use Ashwagandha bala taila -massage lower back, thighs, and genital area gently for 10-15 min before bath =improves circulation and relaxes pelvic nerves

2) MILD STEAM -after massage warm steam to waist region helps remove stiffness and tension

DIET -milk with ghee, almonds, dates, saffron, and cardamon -fresh frutis= banana, pomegranate grapes, figs, mango -whole grains, moong dal, rice, wheat -spices= cumin, fennel, cinnamon -ghee, butter, nuts, sesame seeds

AVOID -spicy, sour, fried food -cold drinks, junk food, smoking , alcohol -fasting or skipping meals

home remedy -mix 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder + 1 tsp shatavri powder in warm mil with little honey- take daily at night

LIFESTYLE -sleep early, wake early, avoid late night screen time and sexual content -do not attempt forced erection or repeated masturbation while recovering -take a warm bath before sleep- relaxes nerves -keep genitals clean and dry- mild warm water wash daily -walk for 30 min daily to improve circulation

YOGA AND PRANAYAM These improve pelvic blood flow, calm the mind and restore nerve function

ASANAS -bhujangasana -vajrasana -paschimottanasana -uttanpadasana -setu bandhasana

PRANAYAM -Anulom vilom= balaces body and mind -bhramari= calms stress and improves focus -deep belly breathing= 10 min morning and evening

Meditation or mindfulness practice for 10-15. min daily helps tremendously

IF YOU ARE REALLY VERY AFFRAID -KINDLY GO FOR PENILE DOPPLER = to rule out venous leak, though unlikely in your case

HOME REMEDIES -soaked almonds 5 + milk + saffron daily mroning -massage lower abdomen and thighs with warm sesame oil daily -drink milk boiled with dates- 2-3 soaked dates in milk at night -avoid excessive sexual thoughts and stay engaged in creative or physical activites

RITIK, nothing in your story suggest permanent harm or venous leakage

Your issue is functional and reversible trust me- mainly due to vata imbalance and mental tension

Ayurveda treats this by -calming the nerves -nourishing the reproductive system -restoring natural vitality and confidence

If you follow this plan with patience for 8-12 weeks you can expect -normal sensitivity -improved erections -better confidence and calmness -natural sexual energy without anxiety

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

Venous leakage ke bare me btaye mam plzz🙏

Dr sir venous leakage nhi hoga n… Plzz reply

Aapka concern samajh sakti hoon Asia symptoms se naturally anxiety aur darr sae badd jata hai Pehle yeh Samjhana jaroori hai ki aapko problem hua hai wo sirf mental stress aur nervous response sae related hua hai na ki koi permanent physical damage Jab koi sexual act adhura chodd diya jaata hai ya extreme tension ke time par masturbation hota hai to nervous over stimulation ho Gaya hai isse kuch samay ke liye penile nerves temporarily dull ho jaata hai jisse sensation arousal aur erection Dono kam ho jata hai Aur jaise ki dono urologists bhi confirm kar Diya hai ki kuch problem nahi hai

Aapko ghabranae ki bilkul zarurat nahi hai - ye condition bilkul teek hojayega Aur Sahi care se within few weeks mei puri tarah se theek ho Jayega

Aap kuch din masturbation aur sexual activity se poori tarah sae rest lijiye kam se kam 15 to 20 days Body ko natural recovery ka mauka dijiye is Duran kuch cheezei follow karein

Daily walking Sun exposure roj subah Pranayama meditation Raat ko der Tak mobile ya erotic content dekhna avoid karo

Ashwagandha churna 1 teaspoon dudh ke saath sone se pehlea Shatavari churna 1/2 tsp raat ko sonae se pehlae halka garam dudh kae saath Brahmi vati din mei dho baar CHYWANPRASH 1 chamach subah Shilajit rasayana din mei dho baar

Bala taila - lower abdomen and thighs par halka warm oil massage Agar 3 to 4 weeks main gradual improvement nahi dikega tho ek baar us scrotum and Doppler karwanae sae better rahega

Aruveda me venous leakage ka treatment h sir

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Urologist ne tadafill 5 mg diya h… But wo v effect nhi kr rha h… Q sir 🙏

Namaste Ritik Main samajh sakti hoon ki aap is samay kitne pareshan aur ghabraaye hue honge. Jab sharir ke itne sensitive hissa mein achanak badlav mehsoos hota hai, to darr lagna bilkul swabhavik hai. Aapne bilkul sahi kadam uthaya hai – aapne urologist se milkar aur yaha pe likh kar apni chinta ko samajhne ki koshish ki hai. Aaiye, ise ek-ek karke samjhte hain taaki aapko saaf spashtata aur santvana mil sake.

✅ Aapka Concern

Aapne likha hai ki aap masturbation kar rahe the, lekin poora nahi hua, aur uske baad thoda sa discharge hua.

Uske turant baad aapko penis mein sensation kam lagne laga, erection nahi ho raha, aur penis kabhi phailta hai to kabhi sikurta hai.

Yeh aapke liye pehla aur sabse bada reassurance point hai.

✅ Venous Leakage Kya Hota Hai?

Normal erection tab hoti hai jab penis ke andar khoon bhar kar veins (nasen) band ho jaati hain, taaki khoon wahan se wapas na nikle.

Jab man sexually aroused hota hai, tab penis mein arteries se khoon bhar jaata hai.

Jab veins band ho jaati hain, to wo khoon wahan atak jaata hai aur erection maintain hoti hai.

Lekin agar yeh veins band nahi hoti, to khoon wapas nikal jaata hai — isse venous leakage kehte hain.

Iska diagnosis sirf penile Doppler ultrasound se hota hai, sirf symptoms se nahi.

✅ Aapke Case Mein Venous Leakage Nahi Hai

Aapke lakshan se ye bilkul clear hai ki aapko venous leakage nahi hai, balki ek temporary functional problem hai.

Kyonki: –Aap young hain aur pehle sab normal tha. –Yeh problem ekdum se shuru hui hai incomplete act ke baad — yeh ek stress aur nerve fatigue ka result hai, permanent damage ka nahi.

To Ritik, aap nishchint rahiye — yeh venous leakage nahi, balki ek reversible Vata imbalance hai jise aasan se thik kiya ja sakta hai.

✅ Ayurvedic Drishtikon Se Samjhaav

Ayurveda ke hisaab se, jab koi purush ejaculation rok leta hai ya sexual act adhura chhodta hai, tab Apana Vata dusht ho jaata hai.

Yeh Vata sharir ke neeche ke hisson mein chalne wala pradhan dosha hai, jo shukra pravriti aur nerve conduction ko regulate karta hai.

Jab Vata disturb hota hai, tab aise lakshan aate hain: –Sensation kam ho jaana –Erection na hona –Ling ka kabhi phailna, kabhi sikurna –Anxiety aur dar ka badhna

Yeh sab completely reversible hai jab Vata ko shaant kiya jaata hai aur man ko sthir rakha jaata hai.

✅ Step-by-Step Ayurvedic Chikitsa

☑️Man aur Tan ko Shaant Karna

Sabse pehle, apne man se yeh darr nikaal dijiye ki aapko venous leakage hua hai — aisa kuch nahi hai. Anxiety aur dar khud erection aur sensation ko suppress kar dete hain.

Aap Brahmi Vati (1 tablet subah-shaam) le sakte hain – yeh man ko shaant karti hai aur sleep improve karti hai.

☑️Nerve aur Shukra Dhatu ko Majboot Karna

Ashwagandhadi Lehyam – 1 teaspoon subah-shaam garam doodh ke saath Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets din mein do baar khane ke baad Ksheerabala 101 capsule – 1 capsule din mein do baar (ya oil form mein local gentle massage)

☑️Lifestyle aur Dincharya

Filhaal 3–4 hafton tak masturbation ya sexual activity bilkul avoid kijiye. Sharir ko rest dena zaruri hai.

Har din 7–8 ghante ki neend lijiye.

Mobile aur pornographic content se dur rahiye — yeh Vata ko aur badhate hain.

Apne bhojan mein dudh, ghee, badam, khajoor, makhana, aur seasonal fruits shamil kijiye.

Daily Anulom Vilom, Ashwini Mudra, aur Mool Bandha 10–15 minute practice kijiye.

Ritik, aapka sharir poori tarah capable hai normal hone ke liye. Aapke lakshan permanent nahi hain.

Yeh sirf ek temporary Vata aur manasik imbalance hai jo rest, nourishment aur proper herbs se 4–6 hafte mein puri tarah thik ho jaata hai.

Sabse zaruri baat — apne sharir par vishwas rakhiye. Darr aur stress ko kam kijiye. Aap jitna relax rahenge, utni hi jaldi recovery hogi.

👉 Aapko venous leakage nahi hai. Yeh ek functional, stress-induced condition hai jo Ayurvedic roop se puri tarah thik ho sakti hai.

Aapka sharir apne aap ko heal kar raha hai — usse samay, poshan aur vishwas dijiye.

Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Mam tadafill 5 mg work nhi kr rha h… Q plz btaiye🙏

Ritik ji Main samajh sakti hoon ki aap pareshaan hain ki Tadafil 5 mg (jo erection ke liye di gayi medicine hai) aapke liye asar nahi kar rahi. Bahut logon ko yeh confusion hota hai, lekin chinta mat kijiye

✅ Tadalafil kaise kaam karta hai

Tadalafil ek PDE-5 inhibitor hai. Iska kaam hai — penis ke andar ki arteries ko relax karke blood flow badhaana, taaki erection aasan ho.

Lekin iski ek important baat yeh hai

Tadalafil tabhi kaam karta hai jab sexual stimulation ya arousal hota hai. Agar man mein dar, guilt, ya tension hai — to yeh brain se arousal signal ko block kar deta hai, aur tab dawa bhi poora asar nahi karti.

To agar aap anxiety mein hain (“mujhe erection hoga ya nahi”), to stress hormone adrenaline badhta hai — jo penis ki arteries ko contract karta hai. Is se Tadalafil ka effect kam padta hai.

☑️Kyon aapke case mein kaam nahi kar raha

Aapke description se lagta hai ki aapko venous leakage nahi, balki neuro-psychological aur Vata imbalance hai — matlab nerves aur manasik stress dono involved hain. Is condition mein: Nervous system ka response kam ho jaata hai. Arousal signal properly penis tak nahi pahuchta. Isliye Tadalafil blood flow badhaata hai, lekin signal hi kam hai, to result nahi milta.

👉 Matlab problem medicine resistant nahi, balki mind-body connection weak hai.

☑️ Lifestyle aur Mind Practices

Deep breathing, meditation aur Anulom Vilom roz 10 minute kijiye. Raat mein sohne se pehle lukewarm milk with ghee lein – yeh Vata aur mind dono ko shaant karta hai.

Tadalafil Kab Effective Banega

Jab aapka mind relax ho jaayega aur nerve response normal ho jaayega — tab Tadalafil bhi poori tarah se kaam karega. Yeh sirf ek supportive medicine hai, cure nahi. Aapka asal healing nerves aur manasik balance se hoga — jisme Ayurveda sabse effective hai.

Ritik ji, aapko koi permanent damage nahi hua hai. Tadalafil kaam nahi kar raha matlab yeh nahi ki body response khatam ho gaya — balki abhi aapke nerves aur manasik urja ko thoda “reset” hone ki zarurat hai.

Aap 3–4 hafton tak upar diye gaye Ayurvedic regime aur man-shanti practices follow kijiye — aap dekhenge ki natural erection aur sensation dhire-dhire wapas aa jaayenge, bina chemical dependency ke.

Aap bilkul theek ho sakte ho Ritik 🙏 Bas thoda samay, dhairya aur self-care zaruri hai.

It’s important to address your concerns with a clear understanding of possible underlying issues. You’ve already seen urologists, who’ve reassured that no serious problem exists based on their examination, and this is an encouraging sign. However, your experience of changes in penile sensation and erection may still be distressing. As per Ayurveda, such issues might relate to imbalances in the doshas—particularly Vata, which governs movement and sensation, and reproductive health.

First, it’s crucial to establish calm and reduce anxiety, as mental stress can significantly impact sexual functions. Engaging in mind-body practices like meditation or deep breathing exercises can help balance Vata, restore calmness, and enhance mental clarity. Try allocating at least 20 minutes daily to these practices, preferably in the morning or evening.

Diet plays a vital role too. Focus on consuming warm, nourishing foods that pacify Vata. Include ghee, warm milk, soaked almonds, and foods like khichdi or soups that are easy on digestion. Avoid excessively spicy, cold, or dry foods—these can aggravate Vata.

Ashwagandha is a revered adaptogenic herb in Ayurveda, known for balancing hormones, improving stamina and reducing stress. Consider taking 1 tsp of ashwagandha powder with warm milk at night. Simultaneously, Shatavari might aid in tissue nourishment. Ensure you’re consistent and patient, as herbs typically require several weeks of consistent use to manifest noticeable effects.

Exercise gently, but regularly, through yoga or light walks—this helps stimulate circulation, particularly in pelvic region, and can aid in improving erection naturally. Pavanmuktasana or Bhujangasana can be helpful in enhancing blood flow. Aim for at least 20 minutes of such activities 3-4 times a week.

If you continue experiencing severe persisting issues, reevaluating with a healthcare professional is essential. Ensure you stay safe and prioritize your health needs while implementing these lifestyle and dietary changes.

Experiencing changes in sensation and erection can be disconcerting, especially if they persist after an event like masturbation. Since medical professionals have ruled out significant issues, it may be helpful to explore this from an Ayurvedic perspective. In the Siddha tradition, such symptoms can often relate to imbalances in vata dosha, which governs nervous system functions and movements within the body.

First, focus on grounding and stabilizing your vata. Begin with abhyanga, a self-massage with warm sesame oil, especially around the lower back and abdomen, daily if possible. This helps to calm vata and improve circulation. Consuming warm, moist, and heavy foods like stews, nuts, and dairy can also support vata balance.

Introduce herbs known to promote energy and stamina, like ashwagandha and shatavari. Taking ashwagandha supplements twice daily with warm milk can help restore vitality over time. Shatavari is also beneficial, known for supporting reproductive systems, take it once daily.

Pranayama, especially deep diaphragmatic breathing, can enhance overall prana flow and lower stress levels, (since these physiological issues may be compounded by anxiety). Aim for five to ten minutes once or twice a day.

Consider consulting an experienced Siddha practitioner for a personalized assessment of your prakriti and assistance with any additional rejuvenative herbs.

If any further symptoms worsen or there are new concerns, immediate medical evaluation is necessary. It’s essential to keep in touch with your healthcare providers to ensure that your overall health parameters are well-monitored.

Dr. Surya Bhagwati
I am a Senior Ayurveda Physician with more than 28 years in this field — and trust me, it still surprises me how much there is to learn every single day. Over these years, I’ve had the chance to treat over 1 lakh patients (probably more by now honestly), both through in-person consults and online. Some come in with a mild cough, others with conditions no one’s been able to figure out for years. Each case brings its own rhythm, and that’s where real Ayurveda begins. I still rely deeply on classical tools — *Nadi Pariksha*, *Roga-Rogi Pariksha*, proper *prakriti-vikriti* mapping — not just ticking symptoms into a list. I don’t believe in ready-made cures or generic charts. Diagnosis needs attention. I look at how the disease behaves *inside* that specific person, which doshas are triggering what, and where the imbalance actually started (hint: it’s usually not where the pain is). Over the years I’ve worked with pretty much all age groups and all kinds of health challenges — from digestive upsets & fevers to chronic, autoimmune, hormonal, metabolic and degenerative disorders. Arthritis, diabetes, PCOD, asthma, thyroid... but also things like unexplained fatigue or joint swelling that comes and goes randomly. Many of my patients had already “tried everything else” before they walked into Ayurveda, and watching their systems respond slowly—but surely—is something I don’t take lightly. My line of treatment usually combines herbal formulations (classical ones, not trendy ones), Panchakarma detox when needed, and realistic dietary and lifestyle corrections. Long-term healing needs long-term clarity — not just short bursts of symptom relief. And honestly, I tell patients that too. I also believe patient education isn’t optional. I explain things. Why we’re doing virechana, why the oil changed mid-protocol, why we pause or shift the meds after a few weeks. I want people to feel involved, not confused. Ayurveda works best when the patient is part of the process, not just receiving instructions. Even now I keep learning — through texts, talks, patient follow-ups, sometimes even mistakes that taught me what not to do. And I’m still committed, still fully into it. Because for me, this isn’t just a job. It’s a lifelong responsibility — to restore balance, protect *ojas*, and help each person live in tune with themselves. That’s the real goal.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Haresh Vavadiya
I am an Ayurvedic doctor currently practicing at Ayushakti Ayurveda—which honestly feels more like a learning ecosystem than just a clinic. Being here has changed the way I look at chronic conditions. You don’t just treat the label—you go after the cause, layer by layer, and that takes patience, structure, and real connection with the person sitting in front of you. Ayushakti has been around 33+ years, with global reach and seriously refined clinical systems. That means I get to work with protocols that are both deeply rooted in traditional Ayurveda and also super practical for today’s world. Whether I’m managing arthritis, asthma, skin issues like eczema or psoriasis, hormone trouble, gut problems, or stress overload—my first step is always a deep analysis. Prakriti, doshas, ahar-vihar, past treatments—everything gets mapped out. Once I’ve got that picture clear, I create a plan using herbal medicines, detox programs (especially Panchakarma), Marma therapy if needed, and definitely food and routine corrections. But nothing’s random. Each piece is chosen for *that* person. And I don’t just prescribe—I explain. Because when someone knows *why* they’re doing a certain thing, they stick with it longer, and the results hold. One thing I’ve learned while working here is how powerful Ayurved can be when it's structured right. At Ayushakti, that structure exists. It helps me treat confidently and track results properly. Whether I’m working with a first-time visitor or a patient who’s been dealing with the same thing for 10 years, my goal stays the same—help their system return to a natural, sustainable state of balance. What I really enjoy is seeing how people’s mindset changes once they start to feel better. When they stop depending on just temporary relief and start building their health from within—that’s when the real shift happens. And being part of that shift? That’s why I do this.

Dr. Snehal Tasgaonkar
I am an Ayurvedic physician with around 7 yrs clinical experience, though honestly—feels like I’ve lived double that in patient hours. I studied from a govt. medical college (reputed one) where I got deep into classical Ayurvedic texts n clinical logic. I treat everything from chronic stuff like arthritis, IBS, eczema... to more sudden conditions that just pop up outta nowhere. I try to approach each case by digging into the *why*, not just the *what*. I mean—anyone can treat pain, but if you don’t catch the doshic imbalance or metabolic root, it just comes bak right? I use Nadi Pariksha a lot, but also other classical signs to map prakriti-vikruti, dhatu status n agni condition... you know the drill. I like making people *understand* their own health too. Doesn’t make sense to hand meds without giving them tools to prevent a relapse. My Panchakarma training’s been a core part of my work. I do Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti etc regularly—not just detox but also as restorative therapy. Actually seen cases where patients came in exhausted, foggy... and post-Shodhana, they're just lit up. That part never gets old. Also I always tie diet & lifestyle changes into treatment. It’s non-negotiable for me, bcs long-term balance needs daily changes, not just clinic visits. I like using classical formulations but I stay practical too—if someone's not ready for full-scale protocol, I try building smaller habits. I believe healing’s not just abt treating symptoms—it’s abt helping the body reset, then stay there. I’m constantly refining what I do, trying to blend timeless Ayurvedic theory with real-time practical needs of today’s patients. Doesn’t always go perfect lol, but most times we see real shifts. That’s what keeps me going.

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. Narendrakumar V Mishra
I am a Consulting Ayurvedic Physician practicing since 1990—feels strange saying “over three decades” sometimes, but yeah, that’s the journey. I’ve spent these years working closely with chronic conditions that don’t always have clear answers in quick fixes. My main work has been around skin disorders, hair fall, scalp issues, and long-standing lifestyle stuff like diabetes, arthritis, and stress that kinda lingers under everything else. When someone walks into my clinic, I don’t jump to treat the problem on the surface. I start by understanding their *prakriti* and *vikriti*—what they’re made of, and what’s currently out of sync. That lets me build treatment plans that actually *fit* their system—not just push a medicine and hope it works. I use a mix of classical formulations, panchakarma if needed, dietary corrections, and slow, practical lifestyle changes. No overnight miracle talk. Just steady support. Hair fall and skin issues often feel cosmetic from outside—but internally? It’s about digestion, stress, liver, hormones... I’ve seen patients try 10+ things before landing in front of me. And sometimes they just need someone to *listen* before throwing herbs at the problem. That’s something I never skip. With arthritis and diabetes too, I take the same root-cause path. I give Ayurvedic medicines, but also work with *dinacharya*, *ahar* rules, and ways to reduce the load modern life puts on the body. We discuss sleep, food timing, mental state, all of it. I’ve also worked a lot with people dealing with high stress—career burnout, anxiety patterns, overthinking—and my approach there includes Ayurvedic counseling, herbal mind support, breathing routines... depends what suits them. My foundation is built on classical *samhitas*, clinical observation, and actual time with patients—not theories alone. My goal has always been simple: to help people feel well—not just for a few weeks, but in a way that actually lasts. Healing that feels like *them*, not just protocol. That’s what I keep aiming for.

Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.

Dr. Anjali Sehrawat
I am Dr. Anjali Sehrawat. Graduated BAMS from National College of Ayurveda & Hospital, Barwala (Hisar) in 2023—and right now I'm doing my residency, learning a lot everyday under senior clinicians who’ve been in the field way longer than me. It’s kind of intense but also really grounding. Like, it makes you pause before assuming anything about a patient. During my UG and clinical rotations, I got good hands-on exposure... not just in diagnosing through Ayurvedic nidan but also understanding where and when Allopathic tools (like lab reports or acute interventions) help fill the gap. I really believe that if you *actually* want to heal someone, you gotta see the whole picture—Ayurveda gives you that depth, but you also need to know when modern input is useful, right? I’m more interested in chronic & lifestyle disorders—stuff like metabolic imbalances, stress-linked issues, digestive problems that linger and slowly pull energy down. I don’t rush into giving churnas or kashayams just bcz the texts say so... I try to see what fits the patient’s prakriti, daily habits, emotional pattern etc. It’s not textbook-perfect every time, but that’s where the real skill grows I guess. I do a lot of thinking abt cause vs symptom—sometimes it's not the problem you see that actually needs solving first. What I care about most is making sure the treatment is safe, ethical, practical, and honest. No overpromising, no pushing meds that don’t fit. And I’m always reading or discussing sth—old Samhitas or recent journals, depends what the case demands. My goal really is to build a practice where people feel seen & understood, not just “managed.” That's where healing actually begins, right?
