Blood sugar balance for problem hba1c for 3 years. Eyesight bad. Need help. I’m in Australia. My home tests are mainly around 13-15 and occasionally up to 25. I have cinnamon and ginger with cacao powder and cacao butter (1 disc) with boiled water or milk.
