Thank you for sharing Weak myopia around 1.25 can often be improved slightly with consistent eye habits and Ayurvedic support, but complete reversal is not guaranteed. You can reduce strain, strengthen eye muscles and prevent further power increase with the routine below

You can start with Splash cool water on ice daily at morning about 8 to 10 times Rub your palms over closed eyes for one minute, repeat three times daily at morning Eye rotation up down, left, right, diagonal, and circular about 10 rounds each daily Near for focusing -focus on your thumb held closed, then shifted to a distant object. Repeat 20 times. Trataka practice 5 to 7 minutes daily Sit comfortably and look at the flame of a small lamp or candle without blinking until watering in eyes seems slightly Close your eyes and relax This strengthens the muscles Can start on Mahatriphaladi gritha 1 teaspoon with warm water at morning Saptamrith lauh one tablet twice daily after food with warm water Amlaki rasayana 1 teaspoon with warm water at morning Isotine eye drops two drops twice daily Add Ghee include almonds, black raisins, carrots, beets Limit phone use at night, avoid bright white skin Keep 20 to 25 inch distance from laptop, follow 20 20 20 rule Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds Sleep 7 to 8 hours

To address your myopia naturally through Ayurveda, we’ll focus on a combination of dietary, lifestyle, and eye exercises to strengthen your vision. It’s important to know that while Ayurveda can support eye health, significant vision improvement may vary among individuals.

First, let’s discuss diet — including foods that are beneficial for the eyes. Regularly consume green leafy vegetables like spinach and kale, as they are rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, vital nutrients for eye health. Incorporate carrots and sweet potatoes; they’re high in vitamin A, essential for maintaining healthy vision. Also, almonds and walnuts can provide omega-3 fatty acids, which support eye health. Consume a teaspoon of triphala churna mixed with honey and water before bed to support general eye health and eliminate toxins.

Now moving on to lifestyle changes, ensure you follow a routine that balances your screen time with periods of rest for your eyes. Follow the 20-20-20 rule when using digital devices: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. Morning sunlight exposure can also be beneficial. Spend at least 15 minutes daily in natural sunlight to help regulate your body’s circadian rhythm, important for better overall health, including your eyes.

Exercises for the eyes can help too. Daily practice simple eye exercises like palming (rubbing your palms together to generate warmth and then gently cupping your eyes) or eye rotations to strengthen your eye muscles and relieve strain. Blink frequently to keep your eyes moist and lubricated.

Finally, stress management is key. Practice daily meditation or yoga. Specifically, sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and viparita karani (legs-up-the-wall pose) can be particularly beneficial for improving circulation to the eyes. Make sure to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner if you are planning any significant changes in your lifestyle or regimen. Regular check-ups ensure your condition is monitored and managed safely. Remember, improvement can take time, so consistency is essential.

To address your myopia through Siddha-Ayurvedic principles, let’s first look at any imbalances that might be contributing to your condition. Myopia can be linked to vat-pitta imbalances affecting the visual pathways. Here’s a systematic plan to support your eye health naturally:

1. Diet and Lifestyle: Incorporate foods rich in Vitamin A like carrots, sweet potatoes, and spinach, which support eye function. Drink fresh juices like carrot and beetroot regularly to nourish your optic tissues. Avoid excessive screen time and periods of eye strain as they can exacerbate vata imbalance.

2. Eye Exercises: Engage in exercises like palming, where you gently rub your palms together and place them over your eyes for a few minutes. Rotate your eyeballs in circular motions to enhance blood circulation to the eye muscles.

3. Eye Wash: Rinse your eyes daily with Triphala water. Boil a teaspoon of Triphala powder in a glass of water, strain it, and, once cooled, use it to wash your eyes. This can help cleanse and improve eye health.

4. Nasya (Nasal Drops): Administering 2-3 drops of Anu Taila or Shadbindu oil in each nostril daily may support the function of your sensory organs, including the eyes. Do this preferably in the morning before breakfast.

5. Herbal Support: You might consider using herbal formulations like Mahatriphala Ghrita, which is a ghee-based preparation made with Triphala and other herbs. Consuming a teaspoon with warm water or milk can support your eye health.

It’s important to maintain consistency in these practices and monitor your eyes’ response. However, if your vision shows no improvement or worsens, consult with a healthcare professional for further advice. These suggestions are aimed at strengthening your ocular health, but do not delay if you need medical attention.
