I am really curious about this whole thing with chyawanprash. For the last few months, I've been feeling kinda run-down and just not myself. Like, I used to be full of energy, but now even small tasks leave me wiped out. A friend recommended chyawanprash, saying it’s great for immunity, but I honestly have no clue. I checked out some local stores, and I’m seeing like a dozen different brands. One of them even claims it boosts immunity, but do you think is chyawanprash good for immunity? I thought about trying it but then worried — could it be just a hype? Oh, and I tried some other stuff before — like herbal teas and those yummy tulsi drops that are supposed to help, but nothing felt like a magic fix, you know? So, I'm kinda skeptical, but also holding on to some hope. I just wanna feel vibrant again and not get every little cold that goes around.
