I am really struggling with this whole health journey and right now I want to learn how to make amla juice because I heard it’s super good for boosting immunity and all that. A couple months ago, I started feeling really tired and run down, like I just couldn’t shake off this fatigue, and my digestion has been all over the place. I tried some other remedies, but nothing seems to help. My friend said amla can do wonders for energy levels, so I need to get on that train! I looked up a few recipes online, but some say to blend it, while others recommend juicing it – do you guys have any tips on how to make amla juice that actually taste good? I want to avoid that sour kick, u know? And is there a best time to drink it or a specific way to prepare it for maximum benefits? Also, I’m scared I might mess it up and waste the Amla because it’s not cheap! If I can nail down how to make amla juice, I believe it could really help turn things around for me.
