I am really struggling with this hyperthyroidism issue and it's driving me crazy! For the last few months, I've been feeling all jittery and anxious, and on top of that, I keep losing weight without even trying. Went to the doctor, did some tests, and they said my thyroid levels are way outta whack. The thing is, I really don't want to go down the medication route if I can help it. I’ve done a bit of reading online about how to reduce hyperthyroidism naturally, but I am confused about where to start, ya know? I've heard things about diet changes, like eating more cruciferous veggies or maybe trying some herbal remedies? Someone mentioned ashwagandha and I’m not sure if that’s a good idea on its own or should be combined with something? I’ve also been feeling super tired despite not being able to sleep well. I know stress can be a trigger, but it’s like I’m in a vicious cycle! How to reduce hyperthyroidism really becomes my only focus lately, but I need realistic steps!
