I am really confused about my weight lately! I've always been kinda skinny but after trying to gain weight, it feels like nothing works. I read that certain juices could help, but honestly, I'm not sure which juice is best for weight gain?? Like, I tried a banana smoothie and thought, "This has got to put some pounds on me!" But then, I didn’t see any change. Also, my friend mentioned avocado juice or even protein juice could do the trick, but I still don’t know which juice is best for weight gain. I tried making an avocado smoothie but it was kinda weird and I couldn’t finish it... Ugh! I’m feeling frustrated because I want to gain weight in a healthy way, but then I also get worried about gaining it too fast or in the wrong way, ya know? Like, what other things should I look for when thinking about juices? Should I be adding more ingredients, or is it just about the juice itself? I know there's no one-size-fits-all, but I'd love any advice or tips from you all! What can I try that’s not too crazy or hard to make, while still aiming for weight gain? Help!
