I am trying to figure out if honey increases testosterone levels. My partner has been feeling pretty low-energy lately, and we’re both worried he might have low testosterone? He’s been super stressed with work and stuff, and we just can’t have that right now. We heard somewhere that honey could help boost it, so we’ve been adding it to his tea and breakfast! But like, does honey really increase testosterone? I mean, we read mixed reviews online. Some say it's like a natural magic, and others say it does nothing. He’s had some blood tests too, and the doc mentioned something about his levels being on the lower side of normal. I guess we’re just looking for some natural ways to help before thinking about treatments that sound more intense, ya know? Plus, we love sweet stuff, so if honey helps, that’s like a win-win for us.
