किडनी की समस्या के कारण प्रोटीन का सेवन सीमित करना हो सकता है, लेकिन अपने डॉक्टर से परामर्श लेकर प्रति दिन कुछ मात्रा में दालें और अंकुरित अनाज लें। साबुत अनाज जैसे रागी और बाजरा खाना भी फायदेमंद होगा।
