I am really confused about something and hoping someone can help me out. I've been trying to shed some extra pounds for a while now, and honestly, it feels like such a struggle. I started eating healthier and cutting out junk food, but the other day, I was at a friend’s house, and she offered me these Marie Gold biscuits. They were super tempting! I had a few, and they tasted great. But now I’m worried, is Marie Gold biscuit good for weight loss? I read here and there that they’re supposed to be low in calories compared to other biscuits, but I don’t really know if it’s true. I also heard some people say that just because they’re "light," doesn’t mean they won’t add to my weight. I've been sticking to healthier snacks like fruits and nuts, but sometimes I just crave something crunchy, ya know? Now I’m questioning if indulging in Marie Gold was a mistake.
