तुमच्या मुलाच्या पित्त प्रकृतीसाठी आणि बौद्धिक विकासासाठी हिवाळ्यात योग्य आहाराचे पालन करणे खरोखर महत्त्वाचे आहे. पित्ताच्या संतुलनासाठी लाडू बनविताना काही विशिष्ट घटक समाविष्ट करणे फायदेशीर ठरू शकते.

एक उत्तम आयुर्वेदीय लाडू तयार करण्यासाठी, गहू का आटा आणि बेसनाचा वापर करा, कारण हे पित्तशामक असतात. हे लाडू बनवताना घरी तयार केलेलं तूप वापरणे उचित राहील, तूप ज्ञानेंद्रियांच्या कार्याला ऊर्जावान करते व मूत्र पित्ताचे संतुलन साधते.

साहित्य: - 1 कप गहू का आटा - 1/2 कप बेसन - 1/2 कप तूप - 1/2 कप गूळ किंवा खजूराची चटणी - 1/4 कप गोड इलाॅयीची पूड - 10-15 किसवलेले बदाम - 10-15 किसवलेले वाळलेले अंजीर - आवडत असल्यास, जायफळाची चुटकीभर पूड

कृती: 1. एका पॅनमध्ये तूप गरम करा आणि गहू का आटा व बेसन मंद आचेवर खमंग वास येतो पर्यंत भाजा. 2. गूळ किंवा खजूराचा गोळा छोटे तुकडे करून किंवा गॅसवर पृष्ठ करून घ्या. 3. आयत्या भाजलेल्या पीठामध्ये गूळ किंवा खजूर मनगटाने मिक्स करा. 4. आतील व वाळवलेले अंजीराची किस संमिश्रणात घाला. 5. हे सर्व मिश्रण थंड झाले की लाडु तयार करा.

हे लाडू पित्त शमक असून ज्ञानेंद्रियाच्या विकासासाठी उपयुक्त आहेत. आठवड्यातून दोन-तीन लाडू सेवन हे अधिकृत निरीक्षणांतर्गत, सुनिश्चित गुणकारी ठरते. या विशिष्ट घटकांमुळे हिवाळ्यात अभ्यासाच्या वेळेत ऊर्जा आणि एकाग्रता वाढायला मदत होईल.
