Aapke jo symptoms hain, woh anxiety ya stress se jude ho sakte hain, lekin yeh zaroori hain ke medical professional se consult karna chahiye, kyunki yeh heart-related bhi ho sakte hain. Lekin agar aap chahein, mai aapko kuch ayurvedic tips aur lifestyle changes bata sakta hoon jo aap stress ko manage karne ke liye apna sakte hain.

Sabse pehle, apne dincharya me meditation aur pranayama ko shamil kariye. Subah uthkar 5 se 15 minute deep breathing exercises, jaise Anulom Vilom aur Bhramari pranayama kijiye, yeh aapke mind ko relax karne me madadgar hote hain. Aapne jo nose block aur breathlessness ka zikr kiya, uspar steam inhalation (neem ya tulsi ke patte ke saath) kar sakte hain.

Diet par bhi dhyan dena zaroori hain. Apne ahar me saumya makanan shamil karein jo Vata ko shant karein jaise garm doodh, gheu, chawal aur ghee. Spicy aur caffeine wale substances se bachne ki koshish kariye, kyunki ye Vata ko bdaya sakte hain.

Aushadhi ke form me, Ashwagandha churna ko raat me, garm doodh ke saath le sakte hain, lekin pehle apne doctor se consult jaroor kijiye. Yeh Vata ko shant karta hai aur anxiety levels ko kam karne me madad karta hai.

Ratri ke samay ek cup chamomile tea lene se nind me sudhar aa sakta hai. Dharamically, proper sleep routine maintain karna zaroori hai, iska khayal rakhiye.

Lekin agar symptoms continue rehte hain ya aggravate hote hain, toh heart specialist ko jaldi consult karke, proper diagnosis zaroor karayein. Health ko lightly mat lije, emergency situations ke liye proper medical care sabse pehle priortiy honi chahiye.
