It seems like there’s a combination of symptoms that suggest Vata imbalance, particularly due to dryness (Ruksha) and irregular movement (Chala) affecting your digestive and circulatory systems. Constipation and piles are classic signs of high Vata. To pacify Vata, one method is using warm, cooked, and moist foods. Incorporating ghee in meals, or warm milk with a pinch of turmeric at bedtime can be beneficial.
Since fruits and curd seem to cause gastric issues, you might want to avoid them, especially raw fruits, as they can aggravate Vata and Kapha. Instead, try cooking fruits like apples or pears. Curd should be avoided at night and consider having buttermilk for lunch instead with a pinch of ginger powder. Spices like cumin, ajwain, and fennel after meals can aid digestion and help reduce gas.
For your fatty liver and high cholesterol, Ayurvedic herbs like Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) and Triphala can assist in supporting liver function. Including more fiber by means of whole grains, vegetables, and limiting refined sugars will be helpful.
The body pain shifting sides and foot swelling, may indicate compromised circulation or Vata moving throughout channels. Practicing gentle yoga with focus on slow, grounded movements can help stabilize Vata. Abhyanga (oil massage) with sesame or mustard oil can reduce Vata’s dry qualities and improve circulation.
Given your medical history including PCOD and insulin resistance, a balanced blood sugar level is crucial. Small frequent meals high in protein and fiber should support this. Keeping stress levels in check with regular meditation or breathing exercises can mitigate gastric distress linked to anxiety.
High blood pressure requires careful management. Ashwagandha or Brahmi might support better stress response and vitality, but ensure to discuss this with your healthcare provider regarding your current medications and any Ayurvedic preparations.
Hydration, adequate rest, and moderate, consistent physical activity like walking are essentials. Monitor any severe or persistent symptoms carefully and consult a conventional healthcare provider regularly to track conditions like liver health and blood pressure closely.
