For your digestive issues like indigestion (Ajiran), bloating, burping, acidity, and acidic urine, Ayurveda offers several remedies to help balance your digestive system and soothe discomfort. Here are some commonly recommended Ayurvedic approaches: Triphala: This is a classic herbal remedy consisting of three fruits—Amalaki, Bibhitaki, and Haritaki. Triphala helps in promoting digestion, detoxifying the body, and preventing bloating and acidity. Chandraprabha Vati: This herbal formulation is often used for digestive issues like acidity, indigestion, and gas. It helps in improving digestion, alleviating bloating, and reducing the burning sensation caused by acidity. Shankhpushpi: Known for its soothing effects on the stomach, Shankhpushpi helps reduce acidity, bloating, and indigestion, and it is often recommended to calm the digestive tract. Ajwain (Carom Seeds): Ajwain has digestive properties and can help alleviate bloating and gas. You can consume ajwain powder with warm water after meals. Ginger: Ginger is well-known for its ability to aid digestion and reduce bloating and gas. You can consume ginger tea or add ginger to your meals to improve digestive function. Amla (Indian Gooseberry): Amla is excellent for balancing acidity and improving digestion. It is also beneficial for acidic urine. Herbal Teas: Teas made from herbs like Peppermint or Fennel help soothe bloating, reduce acidity, and support digestion. Dietary Modifications: Ayurveda recommends consuming lighter, easily digestible meals, avoiding fried or spicy foods, and incorporating cooling foods to balance Pitta dosha, which is often responsible for acidity. Panchakarma Treatments: If your symptoms persist, treatments like Basti (medicated enemas) or Virechana (purgation) might help cleanse the body and restore balance to your digestive system. It’s best to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner to get personalized recommendations and dosage, especially since your symptoms are recurring and may require targeted treatment.

Ajiran, adhman, burping, bloating, acidity—yeh digestion ke issues hain jo vata-pitta imbalance ki wajah se ho sakte hain. Sabse pehle, aap apne lifestyle aur diet par dhyan dein, kyunki yeh dono milke aapke agni ko balance mein rakhte hai. Subah-samvedanashil agni ko prajwalit karne ke liye khali pet ek glass garam paani mein nimbu aur ek chuttki namak milakar piye. Yeh matra badhana mat bhoolna agar aapke pasand pe depend kare. Khana khane se pehle kuch saunf aur ajwain ko chaba le, yeh aapke pachan kriya ko improve karenge. Aapne kaha acidic urine hai, to hydrating bana rahe aur din bhar paani thoda thoda karke piye. Isme thoda sokha dalchini ya elaichi dalke flavour badh sakta hai. Ek aur cheez, triphala churna ki 1 chammach raat ko sone se pehle garam paani ke saath le sakte hain, yeh aapka digestive system saaf aur balanced rakhega. Lekin agar symptoms bahut severe hain ya aapko koi serious samasya ho rahi ho, to ek trained ayurvedic doctor ke pass jaana best rehna chahiye. Ye advice sirf general guidance ke liye hai, toh please professional medical help lene se pehle consider zaroor kare. Mai aasha karta hun ki yeh tips aapka digestion thunderous aur comfortable banayenge!
