Hastmaithun ke wajah se sharir mein kamzori mehsoos hona aur apka kehna hai ke digeation mein dikkat aa rahi hai. Ayurveda ke perspective se, ye baatein agni mein kamaazor hona aur dosha imbalance ki taraf ishara kar sakti hain. Pitta aur Vata dosha ka imbalance ismein mool karak ho sakta hai.

Sabse pehle, apne digestive fire yani agni ko sudharne par dhyan de. Hingvastak churna ko lunch aur dinner ke baad ek chammat garm pani ke sath lene se madad mil sakti hai digestion improve karne me. Is churna ko lene se agni prabal hoti hai aur digestion ka karyakram theek ho sakta hai.

Dietary changes se lekar lifestyle tak sab par dhyan dena zaroori hoga. Aap apne khane mein njwereesh amad jod sakte hain, jese ghee aur dudh mein thoda badaam powder dal kar lena. Mung dal, chawal, dahi, lauki jese halka, pet main asaani se digest hone wale bhojan ko apni meal mein include karein.

Apne shariir ko vishraam dena jaroori hoga, pratidin atleast 7-8 ghante ki souni ko avashyak samjhein. Obxikayi ya vyam bhi liyayhain, lekin ab shuruaat mein bina kisi bhari workout ke halki exercise karein. Taaza hawa mein morning walk lene se bhi achha feel ho sakta hai.

Sabse pahle, jeera aur ajwain ka pani pchelya adha ganta peene ki aadat daalni chahiye, yeh apke pachen shakti ko majbut karega. Iske alawa, aap Trikatu churn (saunth, kali mirch, peepal) se bana ek choona le sakte hain – ek chammach garm paani ke sath din me do baar sevan karein, khaane ke baad.
