Managing Pitta Imbalance and Menstrual Cramps - #47015
Namaste sir/ma'am I have a pitta body and sometimes the acid is soo strong it flowback to my food.pipe.also and during periods feel swearing and hot even in winters.can you recommend me food that I can avoid and even ifi eat what are the remedy i can take to not affect my body. And there was time when Iwas living with my relatives , there home was on 3rd floor so all day to go to class which was also on 3rd floor. I used to get really good excercise. But later I Noticed that I used to have a late night walkom their terrace for one hours. There is very less artificial light and even the moonlight reaches the terrace and mostly it dark only there. And my period cramps stopped even the cycle was ontrack andi didn't even felt like being on periods. But now Iamn not living with them my cramps has started and mostly they are delayed.Does it have any significanceor was it just exercise i used to get? Thank you Radhe Radhe
