Only aloevera is not enough for your problem…u should also take this medicine
1. Gandhak rasayan 1 BD after food normal water
2. Haridra khand twice a day with luckwarm milk after food
3. Haritaki tablet 1 HS in night with normal water
Avoid spicy and sour and street or oliy food
