Skin and Hair Changes During Perimenopause - #49694

Hi i am 48 yrs female, going thru perimenopause, I live in cold climate in uk. My skin and hair are going thru big changes. They becoming drier and drier. Also I have flushed red cheeks, like rosecea. What can I do
