Hello Thanks for reaching out with your question. I get that you’re feeling a bit self-conscious about those facial patches and your beard growth at 35. But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊 AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING Your symptoms point to: – An imbalance of Vata and Pitta (energies in your body) – Issues with your blood and skin – Weak male tissue, which is affecting beard growth – Maybe even a touch of early Alopecia areata in the beard area This can lead to: – White or lighter patches, or just uneven skin – Weak hair at the roots – Slow or patchy beard situation Just so you know, using oils alone won’t cut it until we sort out some blood, digestion, and hormone stuff. PLAN OF TREATMENT To clean up the blood & fix the skin 1 Khadirarishta– 20 ml with equal water Twice a day after you eat What it does: – Evens out skin tone – Fades patches – Stops more hair from falling out To balance Pitta & Fix skin color: 1 Mahamanjishthadi Kwath – 15 ml with 30 ml warm water Twice a day before you eat What it does: – Fixes skin issues – Gets melanin working right – Clears up facial patches To help the beard grow (boost those tissues): Ashwagandha churna– ½ tsp with warm milk at night – Helps with testosterone – Makes hair stronger at the root For the beard locally: Mix: Bhringraj oil – 1 tsp + Castor oil – ½ tsp Apply on the patchy parts before bed Wash it off in the morning –Wakes up sleepy hair roots –Thickens the beard hairs DIET PLANINCLUDE – Dates – Ghee (clarified butter) – Milk – Black sesame – Moong dal (lentils) – Amla (Indian gooseberry) ❌AVOID – Alcohol – Smoking – Junk food – Overly spicy or fried foods

Don’t use steroid creams or harsh facial stuff. The good news is since you are still young, this can probably be fixed. Get the mojo working with your blood, hormones, and hair roots, and the beard should do its thing, naturally. Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

1.Amalaki rasayan 1 tsp with warm milk empty stomach in the morning 2.Bhringaraj chruna 1/2 tsp twice daily with honey 3.Neelibhringadi taila- apply twice weekly 🥗 Diet & Lifestyle - Include: Amla, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, leafy greens, milk, ghee in moderation. - Avoid: Excess junk food, fried/oily meals, alcohol, smoking — these aggravate Pitta and weaken follicles. - Hydration: Drink warm water regularly. - Stress management: Meditation, yoga (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari) improve circulation and hormonal balance.

From what you are describing patches on the face with improper beard growth for more than six months at the age of thirty five usually indicate a disturbance in rakta dhatu and hair follicle nourishment in Ayurveda beard hair is influenced by healthy rakta and balanced pitta if there is localized imbalance hair may not grow evenly and small patches can appear sometimes stress irregular sleep or subtle nutritional deficiency can contribute even if overall diet seems mostly healthy If the skin in those patches looks lighter or smoother with very less hair it may be an early localized pigment or autoimmune tendency if the skin texture is normal and only hair growth is reduced then it is more related to circulation and follicle nutrition since you have not noticed other systemic health changes this appears to be a localized issue Avoid using strong chemical creams or steroid applications without proper evaluation keep the face clean but do not over wash gentle massage over the beard area with warm sesame oil or bhringraj oil three to four times weekly can improve local blood supply and stimulate follicles internally amla powder or fresh amla can support hair and skin quality black sesame seeds in small daily quantity nourish hair roots ashwagandha in proper dose under guidance can support hormonal balance and stress response Maintain good sleep reduce mental stress include adequate protein from dals seeds nuts and occasional good quality paneer if suitable for you results in hair regrowth require patience usually three to four months of consistent care are needed if patches increase in size or number or if complete hair loss occurs in round areas then a direct clinical examination is advisable to rule out alopecia areata with steady internal correction and local stimulation improvement is possible over time
