Struggling with Irregular Periods and Conceiving - #49911

Suffer From irregular or missed periods. Not able to conceive . Age- 33 (both husband and wife) . Amh- 1.13 morpholo-10-14% 1 faild ivf withbest quality5 days blastocyst. Endometrium lining - 7.5-8mm on day of transfer. No pcod/pcos detected No fibroids or polyps Please help want to conceive .
