Doctors' responses

-You have steroid-induced rosacea. This means your skin became sensitive after using steroid creams. That’s why you have mild redness and sometimes pus pimples. It is not dangerous, but it needs gentle care and proper treatment. Avoid using steroid creams again. Use the prescribed creams regularly, keep your skincare simple, use sunscreen daily, and avoid triggers like extreme weather. It usually improves in a few weeks, but full control may take a few months. -Diagnosis: Mukhadushika (Pitta-Rakta dominant, steroid-induced rosacea) -Internal Medicines: 1)Tab. Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tab BD after food 2)Tab. Khadirarishta – 15 ml + equal water BD after food 3)Tab. Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp HS with warm water -External Application: Apply Kumkumadi taila (thin layer) at night OR Chandan + Usheera + Lodhra lepa once daily (mild, non-irritating) -Diet Advice (Pathya): Avoid spicy, sour, fermented, fried food Avoid excessive sun exposure Take warm water, include ghee in diet Avoid stress & late nights -Follow up: 15 days
