How to make periods regular and loselowerbelly fat ..have this due to PCOS ..ovarian cysts . I have this from starting of my cycle ..canI dophysical intercourse

To Make Periods Regular Kanchanar Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashokarishta – 15 ml + equal water, twice daily after food Rajahpravathini vati 1tab twice daily after food Satavari ghurtam 1tsp after food Triphala powder – 1 tsp at night with warm water (Continue 3 months) To Reduce Lower Belly Fat (PCOS fat) Walk 30–40 minutes daily Avoid sugar, maida, bakery, cold drinks Eat early dinner (before 8 pm) Drink warm water whole day Can You Do Physical Intercourse Yes you can have intercourse. PCOS does NOT stop you from sex. Avoid only during heavy pain or heavy bleeding. Important Weight control is main treatment for PCOS Sleep 7–8 hours Reduce stress
