Pitta + Kapha imbalance Mandagni Semisolid / loose stools Acne + bloating Cooling drugs ↓ acne but ↓ digestion Strong agni drugs ↑ digestion but ↑ loose motion So you need Deepana (agni improving) + Grahi (stool binding) together Without ghee, bilwadi, musta (as you said). Simple Balanced Plan Kutaja + Shunthi combination Kutajghan Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Dry ginger (Shunthi) powder – small pinch with warm water before food Kutaja = Grahi (controls loose motion) Shunthi = Mild Agni deepana Dadimashtaka Churna ½ tsp after food twice daily Improves digestion Controls loose stools Reduces bloating For Acne Guduchi tablet once daily after food It balances Pitta without reducing Agni too much. Diet Warm, light food Old rice, moong dal Pomegranate fruit Curd at night Very spicy & fried Raw salads

—Cooling medicines reduce acne but weaken digestion further. Strong Agni stimulants improve digestion but aggravate Pitta and loosen stools. -----So the goal is: Deepana (stimulate Agni) + Grahi (absorb/firm stools) + mild Pitta balancing — without being too heating. ----Rx- 1️⃣ Tab. Kutajghan Vati 2 tablets Twice daily after food With lukewarm water Duration: 30 days ✔ Grahi ✔ Reduces loose stools ✔ Controls Pitta-Kapha in intestines 2️⃣ Churna: Dadima Twak + Nagkesar + Lodhra (equal parts) 2 grams Twice daily after meals With honey or warm water ✔ Grahi ✔ Reduces acne ✔ Mild Deepana without Pitta aggravation 3️⃣ Sunthi–Saunf Churna (1:2 ratio) 1 gram Twice daily before meals With warm water ✔ Deepana ✔ Reduces bloating ✔ Supports Mandagni without excessive heat 4️⃣ Takra Siddha Jeeraka (midday) 1 cup thin buttermilk Add roasted jeera powder + pinch rock salt After lunch only ✔ Grahi ✔ Improves digestion ✔ Reduces Kapha (Avoid at night) ----Pathya (Diet Advice) ✔ Warm, freshly cooked food ✔ Moong dal khichdi ✔ Steamed vegetables ✔ Old rice ✔ Pomegranate fruit ❌ No processed foods ❌ No cold drinks ❌ No curd at night ❌ No fried food ❌ No bakery items - Follow-up Review after 30 days Assess: Stool consistency Frequency Acne severity Bloating ----If stools become hard: Reduce Kutaj to 1 tab twice daily. — If acne increases , first consult — Increase Lodhra dose slightly.

From what you are describing this is a clear Pitta Kapha imbalance with Mandagni and associated Grahani type disturbance For more than six months your digestion has been irregular with semisolid loose stools bloating and acne which shows that Agni is weak yet unstable When you take cooling medicines Pitta reduces so acne improves but digestion becomes slower When you take strong Agni deepana medicines digestion improves but Pitta increases and motions become looser So the approach should not be very cooling and not very heating but balanced Deepana Pachana along with mild Grahi support First reduce processed foods completely because they are blocking channels increasing Kapha and creating Ama Eat simple freshly cooked warm food Avoid curd fried items excess spices packaged snacks and refined sugar Use old rice or small quantity of hand pounded rice with moong dal vegetable soups and lightly spiced khichdi Use jeera dhania saunf in equal quantity boiled in water and sip through the day this will regulate both Pitta and Kapha without aggravating looseness For Agni stimulation with control over loose motion you can consider small doses of Shunthi with dhania powder after food Avipattikar churna in low dose at night can regulate Pitta without causing excessive looseness Kutaj in mild controlled dose works as Grahi without being too heating Dadimashtak churna in small dose before meals can improve digestion and also bind stools naturally without aggravating Pitta Focus also on meal timing Do not overeat Do not skip meals Eat only when hungry Keep stress under control because Pitta aggravates with mental strain Sleep before 11 pm With proper correction of diet and mild balanced medicines Agni usually stabilizes in six to eight weeks Acne will gradually reduce as Ama clears and stools will become more formed without dryness The key is gentle regulation not aggressive stimulation and not excessive cooling

Your symptoms suggest that agni needs to be balanced carefully — stimulated without increasing pitta or loosening bowel further. The focus should be on mild deepana (agni support) with grahi action. Options often considered in suitable cases: • Kutaj-based formulations (supports bowel stability while not excessively heating) • Nagakesar or Lodhra combinations for grahi effect • Small doses of dry ginger with coriander or fennel to stimulate digestion more gently • Takra (spiced buttermilk) with roasted cumin and black pepper if digestion tolerates Avoid strong ushna or very cooling medicines alone, as you have noticed both extremes worsen symptoms. Reduce processed foods first, as they disturb both pitta and kapha and weaken agni. Since your response to medicines is sensitive, a personalized review is important to fine-tune dose and combinations safely.
