1 mahine se continuous zyada bleeding normal nahi hai. Yeh serious ho sakta hai. Pehle doctor check-up zaroor karein (Hb, ultrasound). Abhi kya karein Ashokarishta band karein Agar bleeding badh rahi hai to continue mat karein. Bleeding control ke liye (Temporary Support) Nagkesar powder 1 tsp + honey Din me 2 baar Lodhra churna 1tsp din me 2 baar Or Posex forte 1tab bd After food Pomegranate (anar) juice daily Diet Thanda doodh Coconut water Spicy, garam, papaya avoid Heavy exercise avoid
