Seeking Ayurvedic Remedies for Hidradenitis Suppurativa - #50656

I have Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), or acne inversa, is a chronic, noncontagious inflammatory skin condition causing painful, recurring nodules and abscesses that rupture and drain, primarily in skin-fold areas like the armpits and groin. I have been taking Gandhak Rasayan, Saptavinshati Guggulu, ArogyavardhiniVati and Neem tablets for last 6 months. Is there any thing elsewhich I can takein Ayurveda which can reducepus formation, inflammationof hair follicles, and lumps in under arm and groin area.

I am adding some treatment especially for external use, but will send suggest you also --Because your condition is severe, I also recommend consulting a dermatologist to prevent long-term complications. —Internal Medicines 1)Kaishore Guggulu – 2 tabs TDS after food 2)Mahamanjishtadi Kwath – 15 ml with equal warm water BD before food 3)Gandhak Rasayan – 2 tabs BD after food 4)Triphala Guggulu – 2 tabs BD after food (if pus / sinus present) — Duration: 6–8 weeks —External Treatment Panchavalkal Kwath – warm wash locally BD Jatyadi Taila – local application on lesions BD —Pathya Avoid dairy, sugar, fried & spicy food Wear loose cotton clothes Daily 30 min brisk walking Maintain local hygiene, keep area dry —Follow-Up Review after 4 weeks
