Can I take Ashwagandha, Shatavari, and Maca while trying to conceive with fibroids? - #50815

i currently have high cortisol and am trying to conceive naturally. i have 2fibroids ,0.97cm and 1.2cm respectively . is it okay if i take ashwaganda , shatavari andmaca powder ?

Please do not self administer any medicines without prescription.
Since you have mentioned you have high stress levels, i suggest you work on that. Because Ayurveda says “Sau manasya Garbhadharana naam” - Which means having a peaceful state of mind is one of the important factors for conceiving.
Fibroid size you mentioned does not usually hamper implantation unless it’s submucosal or a larger one that’s distorting the cavity.
Follow a kaphavata hara diet to avoid further increase of fibroid size.
