Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery

—Using regular soap too often can irritate the skin and increase oil production, which may cause more pimples. Wash your face only twice daily with a mild, oil-free face wash. Avoid scrubbing, don’t squeeze pimples, and keep pillow covers clean. If acne continues or becomes painful, consult a dermatologist.
—Rx:
1)Khadirarishta – 15 ml + equal water, twice daily after food
2)Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tab twice daily after food
3)Neem (Nimba) tablet – 1 tab twice daily
4)Kumkumadi / Neem face wash – Wash face twice daily
4)Lodhra + Multani mitti paste – Apply locally once daily
—Advice
Avoid spicy, oily, junk food
Drink plenty of water
Avoid day sleep
Do not squeeze pimples
—Follow up: After 15 days
