Burning and Tingling Sensations in Testicles and Limbs - #52075

I am 41 Years old. Having diabetes and high BP readings (136-145/95-100). From last two months I am having some strange kind or irritation , burning sensation or pulling sensation kind of thing in my testicles. before 15 days when there was pee sensation before peeing some tingling sensation or pulling sensation observed on testicles, testicles connector and sometimes right side testicle connector. Also tingling sensation around toe. Now observing sparking and pulling sensation on toe, ankle, thighs back nerve, near right side buttock center bone. I am confused whether its sciatica or diabetic nephropathy or any other.While walking and sitting it feel somehow OK, but during sleeping only it feels sometime little acute. Morning time its more, I am taking hifenac P sometime for pain reliefs, Also taking renogrit/Triyodashang guggulu / chandraprava vati.madhunashini vati, divya mukta vati. Please suggest as I am not willing to go for allopathic medicines fully.
