Hi! I’m an assistant to the Ask Ayurveda doctors. I’ve carefully reviewed your question.

I will explain your symptoms through the Ayurvedic perspective so you understand what is happening in your body as a whole.

The itching and red patches on your skin, along with the burning sensation, suggest an imbalance primarily involving Pitta dosha. Pitta is associated with heat and inflammation, which can manifest as redness and a burning sensation. The fact that these symptoms are more pronounced in the morning and afternoon aligns with the Pitta time of day, when this dosha is naturally more active.

In Ayurveda, skin issues are often linked to internal imbalances, particularly with digestion and stress. The skin is a reflection of how well your body is eliminating toxins (ama). If digestion is weak or if there is an accumulation of heat in the body, it can lead to such skin manifestations.

To give doctors a precise and effective treatment plan, your answers to the questions below are essential. Without this information, the recommendations will be more general and less accurate.

Please answer each question as clearly as possible.

1. Have you noticed any specific foods or environmental factors that trigger or worsen the itching and redness? 2. How would you describe your digestion? Do you experience any bloating, constipation, or acidity? 3. Have you observed any correlation between stress levels and the intensity of your symptoms? 4. What type of skin care products are you currently using, and have you changed any products recently? 5. Have you previously experienced similar skin issues? If so, how were they resolved? 6. How would you describe your daily routine and sleep patterns? Are there any disruptions? 7. Have you tried any specific treatments or remedies, and what was their effect on your symptoms?

Aap jo symptoms bataye hai —khujli, red patches, jalan, aur subah–dopahar me zyada takleef—ye clearly dikhata hai ki skin me pitta + rakta dushti (heat & blood imbalance) badh gaya hai. Ye condition aksar wrong diet, acidity, ya body me heat badhne se hoti hai. Sabse pehle main aapko assure karna chahti hoon—ye manageable hai, lekin agar properly treat na kiya jaye to chronic ho sakta hai. You can take 1)kaishore guggulu – 2 tablets, din me 2 baar (after food) → blood purification + inflammation kam karega 2)gandhak rasayan – 1 tablet, din me 2 baar → itching aur skin infection control karta hai 3)mahamanjisthadi kashayam – 15 ml + equal pani, din me 2 baar before food → pitta aur rakta imbalance ko theek karta hai For External Care neem oil + coconut oil mix (50-50) → din me 2 baar affected area par lagaye If you want proper correction (not temporary relief), you can book a consultation—I’ll design a structured plan for you 🌿
