Doctor i am facing dryness issue and frizziness..i used a lot of hair oils and none of them are working for me......can you suggest me good hair oil

This can be due to external factors like exposure to wind or excessive use of hair styling tools, or internal factors such as poor nutrition and dehydration.

In Ayurveda, healthy hair is a sign of balanced Pitta and Kapha doshas. Pitta provides the necessary nutrients and warmth, while Kapha maintains moisture and strength. When Vata increases, it can disrupt this balance, leading to the symptoms you’re experiencing.

Do you use any heat styling tools on your hair? If so, do you use them frequently, occasionally, rarely, or not at all? 7. How is your overall diet and hydration? Would you describe it as a balanced diet with plenty of water, somewhat balanced but not enough water, a poor diet with not enough water, or are you unsure about your diet and hydration?
