How to treat fibroids and hormonal imbalance with Ayurveda before my wedding in December 2026? - #53187

Age:40 years, virgin unmarried, planning to get married in December 2026 I have fibroid problem since 5 years. I have heavy bleeding and extreme abdominal pain for almost 7 days every month during periods. This month i had extreme pain and even after periods I have been having spotting daily. I am having mid cycle spotting. I have bloating, constipation and diarrhoea problem. After eating I need to poop. Severe abdomen pain in the right lower side of abdomen. I have dark thick facial hair on my chin and upper lips area. I took all tests and doctor advised for surgery. They said I have hormonal imbalance problem too. UTI infection too. Doctors have asked to do surgery. Iam getting married and want to have kids.I know Iam 40,its pretty late, but i want to cure myself with ayurveda. I saw many testimonies saying ayurveda cures fibroid ,poly,fatty liver.
