Period miss hoke aaj 5 din ho gya hai. Or abhi tak period nhi aaya hai maine kacha papita bhi khaya or 5 din se adrak ki chai bhi pi rahi hu. Fir bhi nhi aaya me bahut pareshan hu me kya karu period lane k liye....?

I understand your concern, don’t panic, it’s normal to have 5-7 days delayed menses due to hormonal imbalance. Since, you have already tried natural home remedies. RX- Rajapravartini vati 2 tablets twice a day after meal. This will help in inducing menstrual bleeding. Ashokaarishta 10 ml twice a day after meal. This will help me hormonal imbalance Syrup M2 tone 5ml twice a day after meal.
