I’ve read mixed opinions online, with some people saying diabetes is curable through holistic approaches like Ayurveda. Is there any truth to this? Can diabetes be truly reversed or cured using Ayurvedic practices? I’ve heard about treatments involving herbs like Gudmar (Gymnema) and Vijaysar, along with Panchakarma detox therapies. Are these effective, and has anyone here been able to significantly reduce or eliminate their dependence on diabetes medication through Ayurveda?
