I’ve been hearing about Panchakarma treatment and its benefits for detox and overall wellness, but I’m really not in a position to go to an Ayurvedic center right now. I have a pretty busy schedule, so I was wondering if it’s possible to do a simple version of Panchakarma treatment at home. I’ve been feeling sluggish, have digestive issues, and suffer from occasional skin breakouts, so I figured this could help. What are the basic steps I can follow at home?
