I have stomach problems last three months already taken so many medicine but not recover after I eat then I take water and then bolting in stomach and pain lower some time right side and some time right side and back pain also weakness Also and lose weight 70 to 63

1. Ayurvedic Treatment for Stomach Healing

Morning Remedy (Drink on an Empty Stomach) • 1 glass lukewarm water + ½ tsp jeera (cumin) powder + ½ tsp saunf (fennel) powder 👉 This reduces bloating, improves digestion, and soothes the stomach lining.

Healing Drink Before Meals • 1 tsp fresh aloe vera juice + 1 tsp giloy juice + ½ tsp honey

For Immediate Relief from Gas & Pain •pinch of hing (asafoetida) + 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds) + ½ tsp black salt Mix with warm water and drink after meals. Foods to Eat: • Soft, easy-to-digest foods – Khichdi, dal, curd rice, moong dal soup • Banana, boiled apple, papaya – Heal stomach lining • Coconut water – Natural electrolyte to reduce weakness • Soaked almonds & walnuts – Help in weight gain • Ghee & homemade butter – Strengthen digestion Avoid These: • Spicy, fried, junk food, tea, coffee • Milk (try curd instead) • Overeating at once (eat small meals)

3. Lifestyle Changes for Fast Recovery

Eat slowly & chew food properly – Helps digestion Sit in Vajrasana for 5 minutes after meals – Prevents bloating Daily walk for 20 minutes – Improves metabolism
