I’ve read that an Ayurvedic dinacharya chart can help with everything from boosting energy to improving digestion, but I’m not sure how to create one for myself. Are there key practices I should include, and how can I customize the routine based on my body type and lifestyle? I’ve also heard that timing meals and certain rituals in the morning and evening can make a huge difference.
