I’ve tried seeing various doctors, but none of them seem to be addressing the root causes of my problems—they just offer medications that provide temporary relief. A friend recently suggested I look into Ayurveda, and I’ve even been reading some Ayurvedic books and articles online. But I’m still unsure how Ayurveda might truly be able to help me. I’ve heard that Ayurvedic consultations sometimes involve speeches or talks, but what exactly is the ‘Ayurveda speech’ that people talk about? Is it something that could help explain my symptoms more clearly or provide a holistic perspective on my health?
