I am a bit worried about my health lately. So, I started taking this supplement called Mukta Vati after finding out it could help with hypertension. I read a lot about it, and some sources said it's completely natural and has been used in Ayurveda for ages. But just last week, my friend who's more into modern medicine told me her doc mentioned some possible side effects. That got me thinking, is Mukta Vati dangerous? I've been experiencing these slight headaches here and there, and I’m not sure if it's from the Mukta Vati or just stress from work. Sometimes, I feel this weird fluttering sensation in my chest — like, is that normal? I want to keep using it if it really helps, but I seriously don’t want to risk anything! I also noticed online that different forums have mixed reviews about whether is Mukta Vati dangerous or not. Should I consult with a local Ayurvedic doctor, or is it okay to keep taking it while figuring this all out? It's just frustrating because I want to feel better, but now I'm kind of second-guessing myself. Any insights would be super helpful!
