I am really confused about this whole thing with fifatrol tablets. A few weeks ago, I was feeling super sluggish and my digestion was like totally off. I went to the doc, and they recommended fifatrol tablets, saying it would help with my low energy and maybe even my digestion issues. So, I started taking them, and I thought I felt a little better at first, but then I just wasn't sure... What are the actual uses of fifatrol tablets? I've read a bit, but it's all medical jargon, and honestly, half the time I just don't get it. My friend mentioned that fifatrol could also help with bloating, which I definitely get sometimes after meals, but I haven't noticed any real change in that area! It's been, like, really frustrating because I want to understand how long it might take to see results or if I'm even taking them for the right reasons. Do any of you have experience with this? Should I be taking them with something specific? Like, does it matter what I eat when I'm on this? Also, are there side effects I should be looking out for? I don’t want to be taking something that isn't going to help me at all, ya know? Just seems a lil' overwhelming right now trying to figure out if fifatrol tablets are worth it or not, honestly.
